Request for Initial Survey of the Pleasure Craft

In accordance with the Maritime Code (OG 181/04) with amendments, Ordinance on crafts, boats and yachts (OG 13/2020, 52/2020) with amendments, we require the issuance of a Certificate with technical data of the yacht for the first entry in the Register of Ships of the Republic Croatia, and to perform the initial survey of the following yacht.

IV - navigation in ports, bays, river mouths and rivers to the limits to which they are navigable from the sea side

Copy of the Certificate of registry and/or Navigational licence as issued by the Administration where the craft has been previously registered with (for second-hand yacht only)
Copy of the Declaration of Conformity in accordance with 2013/53/EU Directive or Copy of the Declaration of Conformity in accordance with 94/25/EU Directive as amended - for new yachts it should be in Croatian
Copy EU type examination certificate in accordance with Directive 2013/53 / EU or copy EU type examination certificate in accordance with Directive 94/25/EU as amended
Copy of the EU declaration of conformity for Recreational craft propulsion engines in accordance with the Directive 2013/53 / EU or Directive 94/25/EU as amended.
Noise test report, if applicable

Copy of the Certificate of Class (for yachts with a hull length of more than 24 m)
